SIS Engineering Department has extensive experience in detailed engineering and design of project  construction, plant modifications, revamps, expansions and operational maintenance. Our dedicated teams of highly qualified technical staff are fully conversant with National and International Standards, Codes, Regulations,  Practices and Local Authority requirements.

We are currently in the process of strengthening in-house capabilities for undertaking LSTK/EPC Engineering Services.

Application of Advance Technical Software & Systems

State-of-the art computer applications and office equipment are used to deliver excellent engineering services.  CAD - Micro Station V8 and AutoCAD latest version, Piping-Caesar, Pipe Net, Spoolgen, Mechanical-Code Calc, PV-Elite, Coade TANK, Civil & Structural - STAAD Pro, Math Cad. The department is in the process of acquiring other advanced software namely, PDS, PRO-II, etc.

The process Engineering undertakes a spectrum of activities such as feasibility study, process engineering, and process evaluation; revamp studies and preparation of basic as well as detailed engineering package. They participate in project management, trouble shooting including plant commissioning/pre-commissioning.

Mechanical & Piping

The Mechanical & Piping Team is having qualified engineers fully experienced in piping design for in-plant and cross country piping system for Oil & Gas industries. The team undertakes detailed system design for Plumbing, Fire fighting and HVAC for infrastructure projects.  The team provides quality and value added services in compliance with International codes and standards.

SIS is an ASME accredited company for 'U', 'PP', 'A' and 'NB R' Stamp works and is  fully equipped to provide detailed engineering design for process equipment meeting ASME, API, AWWA, WRC,  TEMA, NBI code requirements.

Electrical & Instrumentation (E & I)

The E & I team has vast engineering, design experience in Medium and Low Voltage Electrical systems, Instrumentation, Various Control Systems (i.e DCS, ESD, PLC, RTU, SCADA), LAN, Campus Networking, Control System Networking  (comprising UTP, STP and OFC), Fire Alarm and Security System.

Civil & Structure

The Structural teams has expertise in providing structural engineering design solutions to meet all requirements in reinforced concrete, steel and pre-stressed construction. It is well conversant with widely used international design codes e.g. ACI, ASCE, UBC, AISC, etc. SIS provides total technical services including engineering design analysis for Scaffolding system as per International codes, OSHA, SAUDI ARAMCO and SABIC standards.
