Total Supply Chain Management, Equipment and Manpower Resources
to all SIS projects. The guiding policy for Resources
Department is to confirm to the best international practices by
bringing in innovative ides leading to competitive prices and
schedule adherence with quality.
Procurement
Cost, Quality and Schedules are the driving for our highly qualified Procurement
Team that will support the projects from bidding stage to completion. The
sourcing of right project materials, equipment and services at the right time is
carried out through our extensive supplier network based inside and outside the
Kingdom.
Material Management
Our team professionals located regionally ensure that the best quality and
optimum quality of materials are made available to projects in a timely and cost
effective manner.
Logistics
SIS Transport & Equipment Section has proven experience in providing logistics
support to all our projects that is backed by large fleet of vehicles and
equipment. The logistic planning, survey of sites, arranging haulage &
heavy lifts and reliable transport & equipment help in meeting the needs of all
large and small projects.
Manpower Resources
This
section is committed to deploy well-qualified manpower manpower in a timely
manner to serve the projects, shutdowns and turnarounds. The section
maintains a large database of employees as well as suppliers to cater the
long-term and short-term needs.
