Team for Project Planning, Scheduling, Controlling and Monitoring.
PMD equips each project execution in-charge with the required data and cost information on regular basis. It works on each and every project in resource planning, resource allocation and resource utilization.
In SIS, PMD plays a vital role in making each project a successful venture. It manages planning & scheduling and monitors Budgeted costs Vs Actual Costs, works out cost analysis and supports execution teams in each and every stage of the project.
PMD works in tandem with Estimation, Engineering & Execution teams.
In a nutshell SIS Project Management team runs the Project cycle from the initiative stage to completion stage. It provides periodical Reports to Management for decision-making.
